Lactalis brings first French managers to LaDorna

French dairy producer Lactalis, which bought the LaDorna group from businessman Jean Valvis, has appointed its first expat managers to run its operations in Romania. The main positions targeted, along with the CEO position, are those in the production and financial department, according to information from the company. French Wilfried Lebas, 34, is the new general manager of dairy producer LaDorna. He has a several year experience with Lactalis, especially in the financial-accounting department, the quoted sources say. The managers brought by Lactalis will work with the Romanians LaDorna's management team to complete the integration of the company founded by Jean Valvis. The businessman had previously told ZF in an interview that he would remain chairman of the board this year and LaDorna's managers would keep their positions, with the French to bring people for several new positions he recommended.
