In 2010 the outsourcing market will start to move, and projects put off so far because of the uncertainty of the economic context will be unfrozen, believes Dan Tusaliu, marketing manager of local company IT Six Global Services in Craiova.

He added that IT Six started to hire programmers again because of the favourable economic context. "Since the beginning of the year we have hired 8 people for programming jobs. Over 90% of our employees do technical jobs," Dan Tusaliu told ZF.

"I think 2010 will be better than 2009. There are already signals, mainly on the global market, which we use as reference. And, as proof we have confidence in the company growing in 2010, IT Six has already started to hire new programmers," Tusaliu said.

Under the circumstances, IT Six expects an over 30% turnover increase, to 2 million euros for this year, from 1.5 million euros in 2009. The company's target is to reach 100 employees by the end of the year.

The company, which provides IT outsourcing, hosting, software testing and remote management services, currently has 11 clients and 81 employees.
