Alpha Leasing, the specialist company of the Greek Alpha Bank group posted gross profit worth 1.42 million euros last year, down almost one million euros compared with 2006, while turnover stood at 18.9 million euros, over 7 million euros higher than in 2006. The assets went up to 127 million euros, according to the data published by the group in Athens. At the same time Alpha Finance, the brokerage subsidiary posted losses for the second year in a row, ending 2007 with 656,000 euro loses, compared with only 11,000-euro losses in 2006. Turnover continued to go down to 737,000 euros, that is almost half of the previous year's level.
